Find out all the best water parks to splash up your summer!

Aquaventure

One of the most thrilling water parks located in the scenic setting of Atlantis the Palm, this park is great to visit with friends, family, and even by yourself. With a wide variety of attractions ranging from adrenaline-fuelled high-speed rides to fun pools to float and lounge around, Aquaventure will have you sighing in contentment surrounded by all the water. The water park houses the famous Leap of Faith, a vertical drop that’s so fast it only lasts 3 seconds. The thrill doesn't just stop there, after the drop you get a close-up view of sharks from your transparent tube underwater. Not only does the park offer rip-roaring rides and fun zones to splash around, but you also have the chance to swim around with dolphins and pet them in Dolphin Bay. Head over right now if you want to do away with the heat and chase adventure at the same time.

Wild Wadi

The buzzing waterpark is a treat for sore eyes. A true visual delight, the water park has a rustic Arabian theme with a storyline of a flooding wadi (river creek) and the various adventures designed around it. This park has got the best of worlds with fast, pulsing rides as well as a large lazy pool called Juha’s Journey that spans over 360 metres. However, not all the pools are as relaxing with many offering a twist with an unexpected thrill. Action River and Breaker’s Bay have unannounced surges and waves of water that get your heart thumping faster in excitement. The park is not lacking in its share of fast rides, Jumeirah Sceirah being one you’re not gonna want to miss. The ride’s capsule takes you 32 metres down in the span of 5 seconds in a rushing drop that even offers you a breathtaking glimpse of Dubai city. For a relaxing day complete with exciting rides, take a trip to Wild Wadi in Jumeirah.

Yas Waterworld

This enjoyable water park truly caters to every person and their levels of thrill with 4 dedicated zones. Each zone is meant for a certain zone and is filled with rides perfect for them. Listed in the ascending level of thrill, the zones are Young Fun, Moving and Grooving, Exciting Adventure, and finally Adrenaline Rush. The names of the zones clearly describe the excitement level and are perfect for all water park goers. Whether you just want to float around in the water or you want to scream your lungs out at a water roller coaster, Yas Waterworld has got you covered. Rides that you absolutely cannot miss out on are the Dawwama and the Bandit Bomber. The Dawwama is a tunnel ride with a 20-metre funnel that’ll have you gasping with all its twists and turns. The Bandit Bomber is the only suspended water rollercoaster in the region that’ll have you queuing up in line again for the adrenaline rush. After an invigorating time, you can even relax by the picturesque Yas Bay waterfront where the park is located in Abu Dhabi.
